15 Budget Savvy Thanksgiving Decorations Round Up

By November 14, 2014Decorating, Round Up, Seasonal

November is already flying by and it will be Thanksgiving before you know it! I am of the mentality that no one should have to spend too much on their autumn decor.

Plus, how tacky is most of the stuff you find at places like your local drug store or even your grocery store? Ew. (if you are a Jimmy Fallon fan… you know what Ew means. lol) If you don’t… please check out one of my favorite tonight show skits by Jimmy Fallon. It always makes me chuckle.

With inspired Thanksgiving design in mind, I wanted to share with you some fantastic ideas I discovered from some very talented and ingenious bloggers. Most of these ideas were conceived at the dollar store or for free!

I hope you enjoy!

1. Amy at Homey Oh My adds much pizazz and charm to this Thanksgiving decor. Not super traditional, but still fun. I am a huge fan of both the “Give Thanks” and the Tassel Garlands. She put her own fun spin on a traditional holiday with her decor.

2. I am in love with this idea of painting inexpensive plates with chalkboard paint, so you can write a fun phrase to welcome your guests to the Thanksgiving table. These DIY Charger plates are awesome and unique. Carrie at Making Lemonade Blog really ads something special to her holiday decor.
