As I get older, planning has kind of become an obsession of mine. I love making lists and checking off things that I accomplish on that list. So satisfying.

Here are 5 tips to putting together the perfect holiday gift basket for a bohemian beauty.

1. PLAN AHEAD (If you can)

Eliminate the stress of rushing to put something together. We all know that it’s easy to tell when you gift a last-minute gift. There is less thought put into it. Really spend time thinking and planning what you want to give each person on your list.

You may need to do online shopping and go to a few stores to find a variety of items. Give yourself enough time for items to be shipped. Another tip would be to try shopping when you are out doing other errands around town.

2. THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX

Think of a variety of items you could put in this gift basket. Not just in terms of gift ideas but think of containers that can hold other items to display them. You will most likely be finding items that are large and small. How will you display them when you put them all together in a gift basket?

Make your design interesting by displaying smaller items in clear containers that go along with the theme of whatever gift basket you are making.

3. SELECT A VARIETY OF ITEMS IN SIZE AND TEXTURE TO ADD
